Situated on the southwestern edge of Jerash, near the Oval Plaza and the Southern Theater, this temple holds a significant place of reverence, being among the oldest sacred sites in the city. Perched atop a hill, it is divided into two levels—upper and lower—providing a commanding view of the square. The oval-shaped public hall, Oval Plaza, is framed by eight unique Corinthian columns, and the outer walls are adorned with distinct niches, while the temple itself is capped by a flat roof.
